WHAT’S IMPORTANT TO US
NO INSTANT SHIT!
The convenience share of our dishes is less than 5%. We are supplied daily by the fruit and vegetable supplier “Chefs Culinar”.
SUPPORT LOCAL!
Wherever we can, we buy regionally: The Glomm bakery and the Friedel Meyer butcher, for example, supply us with fresh baked goods and meat products.
A MATTER OF HEART
Long before our boss became a father and though experiencing the Weltschmerz more than ever, we always considered Sustainabilty an important issue.
PACKAGING
For our Delivery Service we only use Paper Packages instead of Plastics. We also abandoned Imprinting and use a Stamp to mark our recyceld Bags instead!
VYTAL
Another important step is our cooperation with VYTAL. A system of reusable Packages, only for Delivery Services. With vytal we avoid a lot of unnecessary waste and over the life cycle of at least 200 fillings. Each vytal tray saves up to 30kg of CO2 compared to disposables.

FISH
With a heavy Heart in 2021 we said goodbye to the Tuna on our Menu. Since we saw the Documentary SEASPIRACY, we only serve regional Sweet Water Fish.

Not only we named our Business after our Grandpa, no – in every matter it is important to us, to treat everyone like family.
Our Guests an especially OUR TEAM!
Including everything, that comes with family, like jangeling with someones Nerves. But in the End, we cuddle each other and everything is fine!
